
Australian born, Ben has been a cocktail bartender for over 10 years. Early in his career, Ben found that his talents lay in cocktails and flair bartending, and subsequently in 1997 he won the Australasian cocktail/flair bartending championships.
After winning the British World Championships in 1998, he commenced work at one of the most respected bars globally - "Roadhouse" in Covent Garden - where he gained priceless knowledge and experience.
Ben returned to Sydney in 1999, and since then has traveled to Las Vegas, Dubai and N.Z to compete. During this time, he has been awarded 8 1st place positions, and a highly regarded 3rd in the world.
In Sydney, he has been involved with the opening and running of bars such as, Longrain, Middle Bar and Ruby Rabbit, which have all been highly successful and renowned for their prestige, atmosphere and cocktails.

Mark Tarrant Started his career at T.G.I Fridays in the early 90’s in England, after spending a valuable four years with the company he moved through Europe running bars and dj’ing in some of the busiest hot spots throughout the Mediterranean.
When returning to the UK Mark moved to the Channel Islands to open “Battens” a new Cocktail Bar & Restaurant. Within a year “Battens” was awarded the “Best Bar & Restaurant 1998 in the UK” by the Caterer Magazine. After 2 years Mark moved to London to manage Capital Radio (Bar & Restaurants) in Leicester Square the flagship of their 18 bars & restaurants.
In 2000 Mark opened the “Middle Bar” in Sydney and was awarded bartender of the year and Bar of the year “Daily Telegraph”. He was presented with night club of the year in 2005 as licensee of Lady Lux.
Mark has also been a consultant for Bar Solutions as their senior consultant & events manager, organising high profile events and after parties. When Bar Solutions won the contract for the Hilton Hotel “Zeta Bar” Mark was brought onto the team to help with the training and the opening of the Hotel. He has just recently come back from Malaysia consulting for 7 of the top bars and restaurants in Kuala Lumper.

James Hudson, manager of Lady Lux Nightclub arrived in Australia in 2004. James Worked under the supervision of Mark Tarrant at Middle Bar during his first year and progressed to the position of Bar Supervisor at Ruby Rabbit in 2005. During his time at University (B.A.Industrial Design and Technology) James was involved in a re-packaging brief with Red Bull and British Steel.
Having been Managing Director of a national distribution network in the UK and been featured in the'top 40 under 40' entrepreneurs in the UK (Business Insider magazine 2003) James has a wealth of experience in brand building.

James Moorby trained formally as a bartender at TGI FRiday's in 1998 and went on to work in their busiest store in London. He also worked at Roadhouse and Navajo Joe's in Covent Garden. James worked in the West End club scene for 5 years in some of the busiest bars and clubs the UK has to offer.
In 2001 James became a licensee and successfully managed two very busy family owned pubs in London which is where he cut his teeth in the pub industry.
In 2004 James moved to Sydney and started working at Lady Lux night club later to move up to the position of General Manager. He is currently working as 2ic for the Licensee at Home night club Darling Harbor, Sydney’s only super club.
During the last 10 years James has worked as a bartender at many of Europe’s biggest festivals such as Glastonbury and the V festivals. James also worked in Mumbi Indina where he used his experience to help to open Fire and Ice the first western style night club in India.
